As far as I can tell the accusation is that they drove up the cost of ads for other players. That's not, I mean, inherently wrong to use proprietary data to set prices however you want. The real issue is that Google is an alleged monopoly. I say alleged just because I don't know, but someone probably should have paid attention when they bought DoubleClick which was already kind of a monopoly.
