Fuck those people. The object on a company is to make a profit. It's not to sit around in long meetings to talk about feelings and perceptions. I've only been retired for 7 years, I worked in high tech on the service side. I spent more time on customer sites than at my employing companies facilities. In fact 2 of my employers I never visited head office. I don't ever recall a meeting to discus race, feelings perceptions of the corporate image. Religion and politics were not discussed in the work place, maybe after hours over drinks with workmates, but not often.
