Thanks for the link. It's definitely a serious problem, but calling for a ban seems like a bad idea. Some countries will decline due to being super special and having to face extreme, constant threats, while others will sign on and just do the shit anyway. The US made gain of function testing illegal here, so money and personnel were funneled to China to continue the research.
