I was specifically referring to the Alexa boxes; totally forgot that they make tablets, too. Not sure what to tell ya, other than "sucks to be you." I bought an e-Paper Kobo that I still use, and is always disconnected from the internet. Haven't updated it since I bought it, like, almost ten years ago. Great for reading books. As for a tablet: I made sure to buy one that could be rooted and had plenty of custom ROMs to choose from. It, too, is disconnected from the internet, most of the time— it's basically my normie computer. I do everything that I'd do with my real name on it, and nothing more.
