Imagine living in an area with traffic, you are living in the wrong area. Also deportation and removal of foreigners will reduce traffic.
Move to the rural and you'll enjoy driving.
Once FSD reaches critical mass in new cars, they will ban manual cars. It's all about control. The government will restrict travel using their new control of FSD vehicles.
