All 3 conclusions are demonstrably false. 1. There is no advancement in a dead end job. That is why it is called a dead end. 2. Remaining employees are not happier when a bunch of people quit. They have to work harder to make up the difference and are quickly surrounded by inexperienced lower productive coworkers. 3. The remaining employees don't lie to themselves to try and convince themselves to stay in a shit job. This conclusion demonstrates that Amazon has no interest in making working for them any better and are satisfied with retaining the worst workers.

Amazon has an explicit policy of not allowing advancement, which just makes the first point more hilarious. The policy at Amazon is to only hire outside workers for leadership positions, specifically only if they've gone to a leftist university.
