The grid will have to be increased, that will require far more cost.

At the same time people are buying more electricity. Where will all that money come from? It's a mystery.

Your flaw is you think these government policies will be used for everyones good.

That's your flaw. I believe the government will try and fuck you, but there's fuckall they can do about a solar panel on your roof. Meanwhile they can shut down your oil and gas pipelines and good fucking luck for your "freedom" fuel.

At the same time people are buying more electricity.

And prices will rocket up. Areas with high energy usage already have higher prices.

That's your flaw. I believe the government will try and fuck you, but there's fuckall they can do about a solar panel on your roof. Meanwhile they can shut down your oil and gas pipelines and good fucking luck for your "freedom" fuel.

Your solar won't mean shit if they shut down the grid, that is why they want a smart grid. Where are you going to go, makes the original point of an EV near useless. You become a hot target if you decide to drive anywhere.

And who is to say, they don't start taxing your solar.

Meanwhile they can shut down your oil and gas pipelines and good fucking luck for your "freedom" fuel.

More difficult than the grid, oil can be transported by train and truck as well.

Like I said over and over again, they are pushing all this for their gain, not the people's.

Solar doesn't need a grid. You need a panel and an inverter. That's it.

Yeah millions of cars on a road trip are going to be charged by panels at night, all parked at the refilling stations for 30 mins every 250 miles.
