Thank you for this, only question is it says 2020 at the top and jidf have been "gone" for years. How would they still be operating as jidf without any info? I bet mr appletree knows!

I'd be willing to bet the JIDF is no more "gone for years" than Total Information Awareness was gone back when BigBro was swearing on a stack of bibles it was disbanded. This stuff is simply hidden away out of sight and out of mind til the public forgets about it, then it is quietly brought back as is...or reorganized, renamed and resurrected under a different alias.
