I remember seeing a video of cops using a small robot that goes into a building and detonates a bomb on a perp (sounds sensational but it's really boring news type where you don't actually see the explosion or anything). Then something how a judge ruled civilian cops using 'robots' to kill people was illegal henceforth. Can't remember if the second is true or not.
