Lol. I paid $18k for the Prius Prime brand new from the dealer. I sold my old plug-in to a friend who's still driving it 11 years later. I drive ~25,000 miles a year and last year paid $450 for gas and $800 for electricity. Total operating cost: $0.05 per mile. Not to mention going 120,000 miles between brake jobs and instead of service every 10k miles it's more like every 30k because 2/3 off the miles are electric.

If I post the sales contract you'll just claim it's a lie. Why don't you look up the MSRP in a Prius Prime in 2019 and subtract the $4,500 federal tax rebate. Let me know what you get.
You can speculate what other people will do all you want. Even if you did, that isn’t MSRP and is a sideshow anyways. And you are still missing the point.
