I would think that would actually make it harder unless MI5 didn't want to look for him. They know how their agents operate and would know where to look I would think.

Personally, I assume it is because they need the pedophile rings because pedophiles are easiest to control through blackmail. So, to MI5, the CIA and Mossad, the ideal government is made up of only pedophiles. Everyone else requires special planning to control.
But that's why they call me a conspiracy theorist.
