One might be inclined to wonder why that is.

Personally, I assume it is because they need the pedophile rings because pedophiles are easiest to control through blackmail. So, to MI5, the CIA and Mossad, the ideal government is made up of only pedophiles. Everyone else requires special planning to control.
But that's why they call me a conspiracy theorist.

I'm not much for the term conspiracy theorist, it implies that there are not conspiracies going on. Which its pretty easy to see there are.
