I used to break bones a lot. I was over a dozen breaks by the time I was 6. Doctors told me to never play contact sports because I would not be able to walk by the time I was 12. They told me I had osteoporosis.
I didn't listen to them, played all of the contact sports and broke many a bone. About 20 years ago I tried coral calcium. I started getting tired, a lot. My bones were growing and I put on about 10 lbs of bone weight (I was about 20 and never weighed more than 130 lbs). My muscles weren't used to that weight, so my muscles got bigger too and I put on 20 lbs or so. I haven't broken a bone since and now the lowest weight I can maintain is 165.
Wow
What sort of dosage did you use?
I think it said take 2 pills per day, I took 6.
An important distinction to be made is that the pills were balanced with magnesium so I didn't get constipated.
You need Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2 all taken together in conjunction for best results.
Did you pick up any height? Or just bone density?
