My kid is getting annoying with asking for a cell phone. She's 12. All the other kids do, in fact, have a cell phone. If we went any particular route, it would be a flip phone or something at best, but I am familiar with modding, so that is an option (say, to get a solid phone and then mod to lock-down/remove bloat).

Curious what others out there have done.

Edit: TMobile, would rather not get any "new" or phones on a loan/prepurchase. IMHO, she's not getting one at least until she's 13...

Don't let your kid have a cellphone, especially girls.

Not only is it horrible for them, they will be inundated with jewish propaganda, including that nigger males are desirable. Young women want nothing more than to be popular and fit in. They are incredibly easy to manipulate, and cellphones are a portal directly into jewish debauchery.

If you have the means, put her in a school that doesn't allow cellphones where they are not normalized. Montessori schools are supposed to be decent. Homeschooling is also an option.

Oh I am not for it all at, don't get me wrong. I am curious about those who have allowed it why and did they at least attempt to lock it down some. It would only be some sort of texting, no internet apps but it would have data.

thank you for the links - I knew screens to be a terrible thing and it is good to be reminded.
