It's true, i know hard to believe. Take a close look at your birth certificate. There's the date you were born and there's a registration date, under the registration date on mine it says "Given Under My Hand" to whom? It also says federal bank note and a red CUSIP number.

Trust me, I am intamintly familiar with the "all caps" stuff. It's not true. You are seeing a lot of seemingly odd things and trying to connect them to a grand scheme that just isn't there. For example, the "registration" on your birth certificate. Can you find me any law, any statue, any code, any rule, or any policy that refers to that "registration" number?
