The "all caps" bullshit is just that total fucking bullshit and I believe it was put out to confuse the generally high Iq people who are just too lazy to look to see if the info is accurate.
Your name, written in all caps, doesn't mean shit.
It's true, i know hard to believe. Take a close look at your birth certificate. There's the date you were born and there's a registration date, under the registration date on mine it says "Given Under My Hand" to whom? It also says federal bank note and a red CUSIP number.
Trust me, I am intamintly familiar with the "all caps" stuff. It's not true. You are seeing a lot of seemingly odd things and trying to connect them to a grand scheme that just isn't there. For example, the "registration" on your birth certificate. Can you find me any law, any statue, any code, any rule, or any policy that refers to that "registration" number?
