Even if you are really fat and feel hopeless, you are not hopeless. You can chip away at it by doing a simple weight lifting routine. Don't even worry about cardio to start. Don't even worry about changing your diet to start.

It's this simple: get a barbell and some weight plates and do curls and overhead presses. Do 5 sets of 10 reps to start. Do this every other day until you can handle it 6 days a week.

This routine will be your spark. Once you feel yourself getting stronger and putting on muscle you will develop a natural desire to expand your workout. You will start to look forward to it.

It's this simple! Just train yourself to be consistent and you will notice a beautiful natural progression to a more complex routine.

Even if you are really fat you can pack on muscle and become very strong. Don't tell yourself you're doing it to lose weight, you're doing it to put on muscle. Make no mistake though weight will come off.

This is such a small time commitment each day and it will have a giant positive effect on all aspects of your life.

I have found one of the biggest mistakes beginners make is trying to overcomplicate their work out. It's easy to become dissuaded when you do that. Start super simple because all you're trying to do in the beginning is establish consistency.

When you see those biceps forming and getting ripped you will be hooked. Beginners make really fast progress, you'll love it.
