Interested to see what kind of meals you guys eat while at work/through the week

I am wanting to change mine to have some form of pick me up in the afternoon before gym. I dont necessarily care about macros but I don't want to have shit either.

Currently I have shake and oats at work about 8:30 am

Tuna and rice/leftovers lunch at 12pm

< Need something here at 3pm > ???

Shake/Gym 5:30pm

Dinner 7 pm

Whats your weight and height. You gotta count calories at least to make sure you're in surplus. Have you thought about half serving of mass gainer as a supplemental diet?

Beef Jerky / Billtong if you want good snacks.
