No dedicated arm day. I lift every other day and do cardio on my in between days. I just do full upper body and a little bit of leg work on lifting days. I also walked my dog for at least an hour every single day. I do 6 different upper body lifts. 5 sets of 10 reps. I try to change up my routine every 6 months. Put these up in my gym. Every 6 months I will put together a random routine using them, it's actually great way to do it and makes it really easy. Outside of this I've never really studied exercise or done a deep dive into the science of it. My Method has always been keep it simple can be extremely consistent.
