Is that from all the handjobs you gave to truckers?
Mostly
I knew it!!! We got a hand jobber over hither!!!
How's that surround sound going?
Pretty good. I rarely use my theater room. I mostly use my living room where I have a Yamaha ysp-1000 sound projector. It's an amazing piece of tech.
No filters even! We are truly moving forward.
I just wanted to trigger those who I had convinced I was black
Nice
Do you have a dedicated arms day? Those are some decent biceps for sure. I might take some pics soon so you homos can mire.
P.S. I thought you were a ghoul. You look pretty melanin-deficient here.
You should definitely post some pictures in the fitness sub. It will help motivate people. Even if they rag on you for it, that's just what people do when they are jealous.
But do you have a dedicated arms day, though? Was hoping you'd genuinely answer that lol.
Recently had an issue with my right AC joint which fucked up my routine. Only chest day irritated it, but I had to adjust my entire routine to accommodate it, which meant dropping my arms day for a while. My arm gains have visibly suffered from it.
I figured out the problem, though. Was lacking calcium. I stopped drinking milk because it's loaded with hormones and then I had joint pain because my AC joint couldn't heal fast enough before my next chest day.
FYI bench press applies a lot of stress on your AC joint and causes micro-fractures in the end of the bone where your collar bone meets your shoulder. It's usually fine because that mostly heals before your next chest day but if you aren't getting any calcium the damage will add up and your shoulder will be fucked. I picked up some calcium supplements and the problem went away almost overnight.
Also, this isn't directed just at you but at anyone browsing s/Fitness, but if you do supplement with calcium, you should know that it blocks the absorption of many other supplements and medications. So if you are on any prescription medication or use other supplements, you should take the calcium at a different time, a few hours off from anything else you take.
No dedicated arm day. I lift every other day and do cardio on my in between days. I just do full upper body and a little bit of leg work on lifting days. I also walked my dog for at least an hour every single day. I do 6 different upper body lifts. 5 sets of 10 reps. I try to change up my routine every 6 months. Put these up in my gym. Every 6 months I will put together a random routine using them, it's actually great way to do it and makes it really easy. Outside of this I've never really studied exercise or done a deep dive into the science of it. My Method has always been keep it simple can be extremely consistent.
What inch biceps those?
17.5"+ . I'm pretty lean atm.
Also could you check my latest post in the sub if you're not busy you seem like you know a thing or two.
Nice peak. BF%?
I haven't checked that for a long time. I'm in my 40s so I just lift for fun and to maintain. I no longer have any goals outside of that nor do I keep track of anything.
