How'd you all do?

I struggled with some additional work that left me drained before my workouts, but I still managed to knock it out. I remember previous postings including a graph, but I've no clue how to do that on my end.

I repeated the same weekly workout, getting through recommended sets with recommended rest periods. Hopefully my technique is improving a little, as I'm not making rapid gains.

This week (week 6) I'm moving on to a harder workout - which will mean failing at least the last set again.

Good job man. You've been consistent and that's gonna pay off. I did not do pushups last week. My health has not been great. Still have a horrible sounding cough from my cold a month ago and my wife and I have been remodeling. So between those two I've been deadass tired and full of excuses to be lazy.

Gotta get back on that horse.

I think this week I will do three 120-pushup days and re-assess from there to see what I should do next week.

I will try to find time to do our graph. Should be pretty easy to put together in excel.

Remodeling in winter? That's not lazy, that's nuts. I wish you the best of luck in that endeavor. Take care of yourself and get well soon.

Ah, you made the graph in excel? I've got libreoffice, but it shouldn't be too difficult to figure that one out when I fire it up later.

I didn't do the original graph, but yeah one of those spreadsheet programs would pull it off easily.

The remodeling is all interior work. Just new paint and floors. Simple right? Not if you're me. But I'm learning a lot about working on old rental houses.
