Fuck man, my Mrs bakes without using refined sugar and substitutes it with a bit of honey or dates. My taste buds have changes so much that eating any form of candy/chocolate bar made with sugar makes me feel sick.
Couldn't even tell you last time I bought anything sweet.
It's so easy to grow veges and stuff, either grow your own or find a local grower that doesn't use any aids sprays etc
honey or dates.
Very good healthy sources of sweet flavor. Dates are surprisingly sweet.

Hah. Wanna know the crazy thing? It's not your taste buds that changed. It's your brain. You're not eating hyper-palatable chemicals labeled as food. You're eating food that tastes good.

So much this. I forget the sub but there's a sub dedicated to that here.
Doesn't even post a link to the sub.. smh
Edit: who the fuck downvoted you?

Did you miss where I said "I forget the sub ..." How would you like me to post a link to a sub I forget?

What do you think of my diet?:

Each of those are either breakfasts or dinners, with a protein shake after each, later on I have an evening veggie/cheese snack with another casein protein shake before bed.
Been doing this for almost 6 months now, during my cutting period I remove the egg whites from 2 of the protein shakes and remove one meal and it's been working out great.
edit: also having some "cheat meals" consisting of a small bowl of mini wheats or some other garbage that pretends to be good, max 1 per day when not cutting.
I think it looks excellent. It looks homemade and well balanced.
I would suggest at least 1 serving of fish multiple days per week.
I can't really see anything wrong with those dishes. I would eat each of them easy.
Thanks!

Yea I know, but the smell and impracticality of maintaining stocks of another meat source with a shorter shelf-life is really turning me off. That's why I'm doubling down on the high-grade fish oils in my daily supplement regimen.
If you must then yeah, fish oil is suitable.
I understand it as I frequently go there too.
What do you eat?
Not sure I understand. Do you mean specifically? Or is that just a general statement question?
I only eat food I make with the exception being when I go over to a friend's or family member's house with the knowledge that food will be served. My entire family eats very clean so I'm safe.

GMOs is not really an issue, you can have a day when you "cheat" the rest of it is legit eit for clarities sake you can eat what ever the fuck you want if you have a generally healthy life style and are trying to build muscle, a day of eating 5000 calaries is not going to be making much of a difference in the grand scheme of things, the no cheat day thing is more for fat people than people who are trying to build muscle who oftern do bulking cycles where they intentionally put weight on
if you want to build muscle efficiently you need to work your muscles until they give in, you need to eat protein and ideally you want to space it our though out the day as you get a little boost in muscle building efficiency by doing so, pickled egg with salt and a gurkin is my go to
you should also look in to foods that boost your testosterone, apart from soy garlic is the worst offender for phytoestrogens, red cabbage is really good for you, its high in nutrients and a low calories addition to the diet
seaweed is amazing and can add some valuable nutrients to your diet, you dont need to use a lot just sprinkle dried stuff over your food(helps if you live near the coast, id recommend sea lettuce)
while anticluch is a faggot you hae to admit faggots often know how to keep in shape, mainly because they like "people watching" in the gym
garlic
I'm not going to believe that as the same sources that state that are also telling me that cruciferous vegetables are high in phytoestrogens which is hilariously false.
Cruciferous vegetables contain Indole-3-carbinol which lowers estrogen.
Also aren't you the dumb kike who thinks the Earth is flat?
i said garlic is bad for you and red cabbage is good lol
https://www.superfoodly.com/estrogen-foods-list-50-high-phytoestrogen-sources/ check it out for your self, its pretty disappointing that garic is on the list but facts are facts
no you are the tard that is too stupid to understand why you cant disprove an a bad faith argument in the eyes of your average person
Huh. That's rough. Thanks for the source.
The thing being that list can be condensed much further by just listing "legumes" to avoid. It hits the vast majority of the list. Also I don't think I'm cutting out cruciferous vegetables like I have legumes as they do have indol-3 which is a natural antiestrogen. So it's a hard one to come to a definitive answer on.
Lol
