  • 1-5 clean/press ladder, alternating hands with a 53lb kettlebell
  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 1minute 2-hand kettlebell swings (53lb)
  • 1minute overhead carry each hand (35lb)
  • 3minute wallsit
  • 3minute abdominal plank

All for three sets. Resting only to keep from going anaerobic.

It took me some time to be able to do it. I started off with 35lb kettlebells only and I did a lot of swings on intervals of 45 seconds on / 15 seconds rest, for as long as I could go. And I've done a plank every day for years. If you cut down on the time and weight a bit and work toward it, you'll be able to do it too.
