It took me some time to be able to do it. I started off with 35lb kettlebells only and I did a lot of swings on intervals of 45 seconds on / 15 seconds rest, for as long as I could go. And I've done a plank every day for years. If you cut down on the time and weight a bit and work toward it, you'll be able to do it too.
