You can do a full body split? I'd pay money to see that.
Nice one dude, I have a similar one though not as many exercises per session. Any idea how long this will take you? I'm assuming about 2h with breaks in between?
What? This isn't all per day wtf. No one does that amount of volume without losing muscle. That would be excessive over-training. Each column is per day. Breaks between exercises is 2-4 minutes depending on setup time.
Duh I know, you have the days at the top. How long does it take you to do Monday's upper etc is what I meant
Oh. Today was 1 hour 30 - 1 hour 40... I didn't stop watch it.
Upper > Lower > Push > Pull > Legs > Rest > Rest ?
It seems like you are taking two differing philosophies for muscle group isolation and rest days (Upper/Lower vs Push/Pull) and combining them together... and as a result I am not sure you are getting the real benefit of either system.
upper lower push pull legs is extremely common. https://pic8.co/sh/WvqSaZ.png
If you aren't familiar with it you don't spend any time in the gym or researching the subject.

Yeah maybe I don't spend a lot of time doing research reading on the subject... many years ago I read up on these things, experimented until I found a routine that worked for me and since them I have found little reason to 'hit the books' again.
If you aren't familiar with it you don't spend any time in the gym...
You think not knowing a buzzword means I don't spend time in the gym? You sound like a faggot.

Be butthurt more. Search results as far back as 2005 for this. So calm the fuck down. You're trying to be critical of someone who knows what he's doing while you don't know a thing about it, as you just admitted and was obvious with your first post, and I'm the faggot? Project more.
