I was super anti flat earth, saying that it's complete BS etc...until like 2 weeks ago. I looked into it for shits and gigs. The things that really stand out are the curvature experiments and the airplane flight patterns that do not follow a round earth trajectory.
That and the whole no ones allowed to go to Antarctica thing. Blantant doctored NASA footage. Some shit just doesn't add up.
It's fun to look into and think about, but at the end of the day, whatever shape the earth is doesn't change how I sleep at night.
Owen benjamin a high iq concert pianist and comedian was going to debate a well known flat earthen. He was bragging how he would destroy him...
But.... he did what you did.. he said one month he would do a live debate... the closer it got the more he started doubting. A year later he was a guest speaker at a flat earth convention in Dallas totally supporting flat earth.

The curvature thing bugs me...airplane pilots would need to keep the stick slightly forward, all the time, to fly around a 'globe'. If they kept the stick rock-steady and the wings level (they do), they would fly off into space. It seems that flying straight and level, keeping the height steady (say 5000 feet or whatever) means they are flying over a relatively flat firmament.
