Well, the 1st is Monday. He should either get paid on the 1st or the 3rd. He can buy you a new phone - and move out.

He gets his the 3rd. He has not filled out even 1 rental application yet. I have gone and got him several. And I doubt he buys me a phone. He wont even admit he is the one who spilled the water all over it. He keeps asking me if he can give me money and stay here. But I am sick of him thinking my living room is his bedroom. The other night when the redheaded woman was here, verle was sleeping on the couch right here in the living room while I have company here. Then sometime in the middle of the night he gets up to go to the bathroom and doesnt come out of the bathroom. An hour later i go to use the bathroom and there's Verle bare naked asleep on my toilet. While I have company at my house. First thing I wonder, is why he does not have clothing on. He had clothes on when he walked to the bathroom. Second thing I wonder is why he would go sleep in the bathroom when there are people here who are going to need to use it. I only have one bathroom in the house. That's kind of fucked up. Third thing I wonder is why when i hollered at him to wake up as other people need to use the bathroom he had to come out bare naked and come walk out into my living room like that! Especially when I have guests here. Hell I don't want him doing that when i dont have guests here. ut I hope he comes up with a place to rent and live by the 3rd. Thats coming soon

I have a good buddy that falls asleep on the toilet a lot. Well, less now that he's no longer shooting heroin.

It can suck to have someone living in your house. Maybe sit down with him and insist that it's time to fill out some rental applications. If he asks why he can't stay there, just tell him the truth - that you don't want people living with you.

I figured you had a spare bedroom and had just stuffed him in that.

I do have a spare bedroom but he refuses to go sleep in there. He says the couch is where he wants to sleep. He does not want to sleep ion the bed. My house is not a great big house, theres the two bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room area that also contains the dining room table. Which is the area that Verle has taken over. He has his laptop on my dining room table and the table is half full of his things he wants near him so he doesnt have to get up. The other end of the room there's a couch and loveseat and the couch is covered with his blankets and pillows and the loveseat is covered with all the boxes and bags of new clothes he was donated. It probably wouldnt be so bad if he would put all that stuff in the other bedroom and he slept in there, but he just wont. I have told him I want him to several times. I told him I would sure like to get up and be able to come out to my living room and do the things I do without having someone laying on my couch asleep and me having to be quiet that I dont wake them up. This is my house and I should be able to to what ever the fuck I want when ever the fuck I want in my house but I can not anymore. I sure hope he finds something by the third
