Exceptionally cheesy does sound super delicious. A little bit of crunch does too!
I just came across an ad for a new place just a few miles away called the Epic Even Center that is opening soon to host concerts with live bands and crowds and all, so I don't know if the owners happen to be completely insane opening a place like that in this weird times or we are going to be having concerts again. There is another place even closer to me than that new place that is all set up for shows and has all the smaller touring acts come through and they haven't had a show in nearly a year, so I don't know what the hell is going on. Hell, even closer to me is the large arena that seats 15 thousand indoors for concerts and they have not had anything in over a year either. I just dont get it
The plans for this sort of thing start long before there's a venue up and running, so they may have started planning for that as long as a few years ago. Then, they've got a lease or payments coming due, so they've either gotta fold or try what they can to stay open.
Basically, shit happens. The longer the run time of the project, the more points where shit can happen.
And it's delicious. I have to make small batches 'cause it's just the two of us.
Sometimes it sucks having to make small batches, it just seems easier to make a big batch. Now a days that is not a problem. Verle can eat. Believe me. There seems to be people around here most days anyways.
Back home, during normal life, I'm used to people stopping by and just feeding them. My whole kitchen is set up to feed large groups of people. It's just the two of us. I'll make enough for us tonight and for another meal where I'll pull some pork and put it over it.
