The plans for this sort of thing start long before there's a venue up and running, so they may have started planning for that as long as a few years ago. Then, they've got a lease or payments coming due, so they've either gotta fold or try what they can to stay open.
Basically, shit happens. The longer the run time of the project, the more points where shit can happen.
And it's delicious. I have to make small batches 'cause it's just the two of us.
Sometimes it sucks having to make small batches, it just seems easier to make a big batch. Now a days that is not a problem. Verle can eat. Believe me. There seems to be people around here most days anyways.
Back home, during normal life, I'm used to people stopping by and just feeding them. My whole kitchen is set up to feed large groups of people. It's just the two of us. I'll make enough for us tonight and for another meal where I'll pull some pork and put it over it.
yeah, that's how it is around here. People just stop bye and then they stay for hours and hours and eventually obviously get hungry. So I feed them. My kitchen is set up like a regular old house kitchen, with a regular electric stove and oven and fridge, a microwave and a pizza oven. Just about all one would need. There is another kitchen with all that in the back building too above the studio. So I can cook!
