Those bastards.
At least you persevered and prospered in the end.
But still, those bastards.
I have a computer related question. on this damned laptop I use I often hit the caps lock key when I type an 'a', and I was wondering there was a fast and east way to reverse the caps locked part of the typing. Instead of having to retype it all, I am sick of doing that LoL Is there a reverse caps keyboard shortcut that you know of?
Not that I know of, no.
You could probably write some sort of script that turned highlighted text to lowercase and then call that script with a keyboard key combination shortcut. So, you're just CTRL + A and then CTRL + ___ and it'd call the script.
It'd be pretty easy to find a bash script to turn text lowercase.
I have no fucking clue how to approach it on Windows, though PowerShell likely has that capacity.
I wasn't sure if you would know of such a thing. Due to my using the Bill Gates OS. I will have to look it up
I don't know much about current Windows. The last Windows OS that I used as Vista.
Yeah, it has been that long since I used Windows. Pretty much as soon as I could, I made the switch to Linux.
I also made the switch because when I moved into the area I let it be known what I'd done. So, I became the 'computer guy'. The guy that 'knows computers' to those that don't have the slightest inkling. So, I was constantly getting asked to fix computers. I did, for some of them.
Shortly after that is when I made the switch as it enabled me to say that I don't use Windows honestly.
Yup, that was one of the deciding factors of my moving entirely to Linux. The other is that I loved Unix and we'd used Linux on the servers at work. I had a great deal of appreciation for it.
