Well, at least she's not hurting kids by being absent. That's a good thing.

Man, it sucks being an absent parent. I worked my ass off, so I missed quite a bit. I can't imagine before forced away from my kids for pot. Surely there are people who do end up doing that.

Of all the drugs, weed stays in your system the longest. 28+ days (varied based on how much fat you have) is the average.

I made it a point to always be very involved in my sons lives. My daughter was a different circumstance

Man, the things I learned to be with my kids... I always took an interest, including learning about ballet and even how to do some of the moves, just to spend time with my daughter. I've even tried skateboarding (at an older age) on a half pipe. I did alright, too. Back in the 70s we used to skateboard in pools while I was out in California.
