LOL That's probably for the best. If you were gonna, pick something long and with a lanyard so that it can't easily be taken from you.

While you could kill someone with a utility knife, it'd take a while - if they defended themselves with some competency. Yeah, you could cut their throat - if you had them from behind with a firm grip on their head. But, I mean, otherwise you'll be there for a while just trying to make 'em bleed with any serious blood loss.

Maybe if you're a skilled knife fighter? Then a utility knife would still work to some extent?

Yeah you would need to target an artery that will cause them to bleed out fast

Yeah... Someone competent as a knife fighter could probably wield one effectively, but not it'd still be not very optimal.

Meh... Did you give them your utility knife or do you get it back when they're done with it? You might need it for work, for instance.
