definetly not trying to compete i suck at guitar popped my knuckles all my life so spd and quality aint as good as the ol days lol. my humbucker i messed up not being careful enough and burnt a wire back got new one on way. old one was 12.8k dunno magnet steel poles and screws. new one is steel poles and screws but 7.8k and alnico 2 magnet so should be more vintage and match way better with my 4.6k neck/mid pickups. those have 2 small 1/4x1/4 alnico magnets not sure which ones dunno how to find out its a 2020 squier affinty didnt look ceramic looked like a dark grey light blueish color. proper 2 not very bright. hoping it helps my trone a bit so i can get a better sound out amp and guitar. it should be a better sounding guitar next i would like a nice neck and bridge hardware with locking tuners then it should be finished. i did a bunch of sanding and about to do more to shape and make it feel better on neck and body.
If you get stuck, look to YouTube - there are a ton of quality tutorials for swapping out hardware.
Can you solder?
All components are installed. The stock humbucker had so juju wiring from it and I added leads welp burnt both finish leads not being careful so waiting on new humbucker to arrive so all I have to do is ground sb+ run my + to lug 1 nb- c2 and sb- to c1 and I'm golden. The push pull it wired up though I think I'm going buy a buorn to replace it with since this one long thread Oops. And just need new knob for blender and I'm done woo-hoo
