Ain't no way I'd want to drive around with that much gasoline. Fuck no... Hell, it's probably illegal to do that without a hazmat certification on your license, proper plate, and proper signage warning of the flammable liquids.
I do know one exception that lugs gasoline for chainsaws, but they carry it in like 10 five gallon tanks. They've got at least a bunch of gasoline on 'em no matter where they go, pretty much.
Yeah, it's probably diesel in those tanks on the farms. I really don't know. I thought I remembered my girlfriend filling up the gas tank in my car at her uncles farm for 20 bucks one time years ago, and I didn't have any diesel cars ever. So I don't know what to think
Some have grandfathered gas tank in the ground. These days, that's like 5 grand with the permit and you have to have scheduled inspections. I have diesel so it's a bit less stringent - I don't need a vapor hood or an automated fire suppression system and shit like that. So, I just have in-ground diesel which is really untaxed diesel. You can tell because it's dyed.
Untaxed is dyed instead of taxed, that way you can't buy untaxed and then just add dye.
Clever. It's far easier to add dye than it is to remove it
