One last question... After your stomach was empty, did your body still want to vomit - meaning you were over the toilet/bucket dry heaving until the veins in your head were pounding?

Well, that rules out botulism. That's a good thing.

I've had botulism twice. It's about a six month recovery before you feel 'good' again. It's pretty deadly. Surviving it twice is pretty damned impressive.

So, you probably didn't have botulism.

Gatorade is an excellent choice, by the way. So isn't that shit you give kids - Pedialite I think is how you spell it. It's disgusting, but it does the job nicely.
