Yeah, you'll likely be just fine - even without the additives. Maybe keep a fuel filter handy on your first drive with the car.

I did talk to some folks in some Jaguar groups I am in and they said the fact that I was at idle and it only ran for a few seconds most likely means that its probably just a couple exhaust valves. One of them said just to replace the timing chains and see if it runs before I pull the head. That engine the timing is set by locking the cams in place top dead center with a special tool when you replace the chains.
