I use premium fuel
It probably still contains ethanol - corn-based ethanol, at levels of 5, 10, or 15%.
The shit's horrible for cars not meant for it. It even chews through plastic, if there's any in your fuel lines or filter.
Shit should be optional, but many areas have made it mandatory. I have no idea if you have E-85 (most common) or not and I'm too lazy to search.
Alternatives include AV and race gas, but the costs are prohibitive for most folks.
No, no ethanol at all in the premium fuel here.
That's a good thing. 'Snot like that in many areas. Shit sucks, especially for classic cars.
Your gas is still probably a bit bad, but hopefully not that bad. It really shouldn't sit for more than a month (but it does) and at six months it's a bit of a risk. If you smell it and it smells funny, drain the tank prior to attempting to start it. It's a little late, but you could add STA-BIL, but it's a bit late for that.
But, with no ethanol your fuel filter likely won't clog, injectors gum up, etc. - at least not that bad.
