`Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

I believe it is 2 1/5 seconds delay, if you try to use for real time audio or video communications it is bad

Yeah, I don't do any of those things. It's not going to impact me even in the slightest - as they've changed their bandwidth allotments.

Hmm... If you're feeling energetic, you could click and then click on the obvious link and see if there's an ad that interests you.

LoL ok done

LOL Thanks. It looks like I'm looking at ping times of 500 to 600 ms. That's not too terrible. I mean, it's not 27 ms, but it's not that bad. One second is (of course) 1000 ms. If it's bi-directional, we're looking at a latency of 1.6 seconds.

If I was a gamer, that'd mean my character died (in a real time game, of course). If I was playing a MUD, it wouldn't even matter at all!
