Sometimes I have to refresh the page before my message sends to you. I think you only have a certain amount of time once you bring up the reply window box to click reply. Maybe it has something to do with that.

I hope your neighbor has a full recovery. Is that one of the people you bought the farm from?

I refreshed prior. I'm quite familiar with the timeout function, where you get the CRF Token something something error.

No, this was typed in a timely manner from a refresh. It just doesn't do anything when I hit the send comment button. Well, it turns the button dark and then it sits there doing nothing.

No, this is the cranky/grumpy neighbor that's at the very end of my road that goes to my house (and beyond). He's like another mile and a a half up the road.

The one who had the heart attack is quite a fucking prick. Well, not to me... Not anymore...

He's this crazy old, really brilliant in many ways, quasi-hermit. He doesn't have electricity and only bothered getting a phone because I had the phone company run lines for the duration of the road. Prior to that, he didn't even have a phone.

If he needs electricity, he uses a generator. Like, a really old - but effective affair.

He's the one who built my log-splitter. I've told you about my splitter before. It's hydraulic, powered from the PTO on my tractor, and can take a full 4' log.

I think he used to be a machinist, 'cause he certainly knows how and has all the tools to do so.

He pretty much hates everyone. He tolerates me, 'cause I'm not going away and I'll happily pay him for some work now and again.

Like, I had him come in and dial-in my planer (a woodworking tool that takes like an 18" board and planes one side at a time) and he left a bit frustrated that his tools would only let him get within 0.001" accuracy.
