Because of how I was dressed and my personality.
I was actually polite about it. When they deserved attention I made sure they had it. I even levied the mood for the reception photographs.
So, I was remarkably well behaved, considering how annoyed I was.
Biff drove home like she was driving on ice. It has been raining since this morning. The one time I got her to stomp on the gas, the car snapped around sideways - on a straight section of road. So, she wasn't listening to my driving suggestions after that.
That's probably for the best...
I was going to ask how she enjoyed driving the McLaren
It's raining again today and I have an appointment to go to. I'm just gonna take my truck. It'll be fairly efficient as I'm not towing or loading it with anything. Though, seeing as I've got the truck, I might as well stop and get some dog food and chicken feed. I'm down to just a couple of chickens. I'm gonna get more...
Have you been eating the chickens?
She was mostly calm, punctuated by moments of terror. Even with traction control on its highest settings, taking off from a stop sign is actually not easy. It simply has too much power and too little weight. It's also hard to balance the throttle. So, when you take off from a stop it wants to chuck you sideways.
She was aware of that and drove accordingly and according to her skill. She did just fine.
I made it home safe, so she must have done just fine.
