No, they were too old for eating. I'm getting some younger ones brought over from the farm, when I get around to it. The old ladies might not like the young ladies, but at least I'll have eggs.
A couple have died and the rest disappeared. So, something probably ate them.
Side note:
It's really weird to go from driving exotic sport cars all summer to driving a full size, giant pickup truck.
So what did you pay for the dumble?
Nope. They were made by Dumble years ago. They were a bit boutique, but not that much. I knew multiple people with them. I just happen to have two 'cause I liked the sound. As I did mostly covers, the amps never got much stage use. So, they're in great condition.
I don't even remember what I paid for them - but it wouldn't have been much. I picked them both up years ago. I want to say one of 'em even came from a pawn shop for a couple hundred dollars? I don't really remember, but I can assure you that I didn't pay much.
That's a hell of return on investment!
