I'm watching a show about smugglers in Peru, at an airport in Lima. It's so sad. I keep seeing them intercept mountains of cocaine.

One dude had like 2 kilos and said it was for personal use while he was traveling. That sounded perfectly reasonable to me, but they did not agree. Also, they didn't ask me for my thoughts on the matter.

Peru used to be pretty cool, but America gave them money and pressured them to not be cool anymore. Shit, you can have 2g of cocaine on you in Peru, for personal use. You can also have like pounds of the coco leaf on you for chewing. It's like a really potent cup of coffee and everyone chews it, especially when you get up in the mountains.

Peru isn't nearly as cool as they were. Fucking Americans... We pretty much define the drug policy for every nation out there. If they don't do what we say, we increase tariffs and don't sign trade agreements.
