Didn't you tell her you would set her up a practice in Maine
I did indeed tell her that. I'll even ensure her husband gets a job.
I'm not sure if she wants to move to Maine, however. She has no real ties to Maine. The year we moved was the year she entered college.
My son was quite a bit younger. He has friends and a familiarity with the area. She has no such thing.
she has ties in that you and your son are there
Yeah, that's to us and not so much to Maine. Plus, she's lived on her own without us for a long time.
I'll happily pay to start her practice and then give her 10 years of guaranteed income to ensure she's able to get the practice off the ground.
While not too far away, there's a solid hospital in Augusta - and they do a whole lot with student doctors, which is what she's doing currently. She's both practicing and teaching future specialists in her area.
Her own practice would be a bit weird. She specializes in pediatric trauma - but she'd be a fine plain ol' pediatrician. It's that she's got a specialty on top of pediatric.
