I do believe he is. I'm not 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure.
He also looked like he was jonesing. So, maybe he's taken to getting high on his own supply and that's why he didn't have enough to re-up?

It's also a lot of miles on a truck that pretty much stays in the same town. 80,000 isn't that many miles, but it's more than 10,000 miles a year. A trip to NYC every couple of weeks would look similar on the odometer.
But, one way or another, I'm gonna make a profit.
He probably could have taken out a loan against the value of his truck, but that'd take a few days and they may very well not have good credit. Still, he did manage to buy a new truck in 2017 - as far as I can tell. It's a 2016 but the date on the title was from 2017 and it's a single-owner from the CarFax.
It's a pretty decent truck. It's lacking the giant infotainment system, but it does have a smaller screen and it does have things like a backup camera.
You should put it to work on the farm until he buys it back and save some wear and tear on your trucks
