No, not really. It should handle a bit better, but it's never gonna be good at cornering. I came up through the steepest twisties today. I spent most of my time at 35ish MPH.
On the positive side, I had a whole parade of people behind me for a while. I got out of their way and let them pass as soon as was reasonable and I got a bunch of people waving as they passed me.
The engine doesn't lke to rev more than 3200 or so. I think it'd fall apart at 4500 RPM.
It has good engine braking.
I can find something positive to say about pretty much any vehicle.
Good for going down the mountain roads
Yup. It's also fun for making noise. You can also drop it into 2nd and there's a lot of compression behind it all.
It makes a glorious noise as you come out of the mountains.
Using the engine to slow/stop/control your speed is better than using the brakes, especially on something like a Rover 110.
I can imagine that thing barks!
