Got good metal bits for a good drill? Start smaller and work your way to bigger.
Otherwise, you're towing it to a real shop and paying a few hundred bucks for a bolt extraction.
And, yeah, they're not really hot enough to melt the metal out. It doesn't work that way - which is probably good. You'd have people melting the frames and shit like that.

Start with that and then use bigger and bigger drill bits. Then, you can cut the bolt or just smash the sidewalls of the bolt, collapsing it into the middle. (I think I gave more details in an earlier post.)
That's your only realistic option at this point. Try for the bolt's center as much as you can. Drill it through and then just use bigger bits. At some point, it may actually just pull out, but that's what I'd try next - under good lighting.
Use penetrating/cutting oil if you've got it.
