Guns are constitutionally protected--by nothing--except other guns.

And if theres a disparity of firepower between a standing army on u.s. soil, and average citizen armament, then technically "guns are constitutionally protected" barely even applies.

yes I'm arguing for citizens owning grenades, rocket launchers, and (non-nuclear) missiles.
