deep fry them until they get golden on the outside, then throw them into a dish with your favorite wing sauce and into an oven
I like that strategy
i used to batter bread them. that was stupid - all you need is a delicious crispy outside baked with hot sauce. cut out so much preparation time and tastes even better this way.
Yeah I can do them straight in the oven. Then sauce. I have made traditional buffalo, honey mustard, but also Thanksgiving cranberry and I did sweet potato one time
