I've got those, but I rarely use them

I am happy to meet you on anything you already have if that's most convenient. Or here, if necessary.

Is this the Mastodon interface?

So, just like there is not a single IRC, but several options like freenode, rizon, etc.

There is not a single Mastodon. Quodverum is one, neckbeard.xyz is another, freespeechextremist.com is another.
Unlike IRC, where freenode cannot talk to rizon; on mastodon neckbeard can talk to freespeechextremist.

I am not familiar with quodverum in particular; their about page ("Words are not violence. Use them. But our platform is not a launching pad for criminal activity, harassment or the promotion of violence or bigotry in any form, against any one.") suggests they may be moderated more strictly than poal although less strictly than reddit. Neckbeard and freespeechextremist are as free as poal.

Someone in matrix (#AntiCorruption:matrix.org) just posted that KotakuInAction2 ("The Official Gamergate Forum") censored their post under "Rule 16. that you can not present an identity group as conspiring." I was reminded of your post about some Gamergate researchers being controlled opposition and was going to find it to link to him now.

Here is quite convenient. I kind of have a rotation, but I try to check on Poal as much as is reasonable.

I, generally, prefer public conversations for everyone's benefit, but if you're looking for specific or esoteric information, PM me here. If you need to have encrypted communication, I have a way of handling that. However, to draw within the lines of the coloring book that is the law, I very much try to avoid any perceptions of "conspiring" in secret. Being public facing, so to speak, does have it's operational deficiencies, but not like the issue that is jail.

I can tell you how to get information, if you have something specific, in mind, but, even if I get it, myself, sharing it with people creates exposure. The best way to get stuff is to ask me for the first steps, then give those first steps to someone else you trust or who is similarly aligned in your desire. It also has to be something relevant to public interests; otherwise, it's hard to protect yourself in kangaroo court.

I prefer to stick to subjects that the authorities have already been proven to have ignored; a little informational cat and mouse. This way, we are already aware of allies who need our help and are willing to do leg work, but have no idea we exist. This is why it is best if we are talking about felonies that law enforcement ignores. It has established that a kangaroo court already is trying to look the other way and will not want to see any actual evidence. Notice Hunter Biden's "dick on pizza" pictures where he is participating in human trafficking on multiple camera angles are not everywhere. No court wants to have that in an evidence packet.

With all that in mind...

Who is your narcissist? What have they done?

Who is your narcissist? What have they done?

I haven't had any problem with narcissists but I've had enough of a brush with fake victimhood fed to a CYA legal system to be scared of that.

Being public facing

Yes that's wise. My personal main focus is promoting FOSS social media, as my list of contact methods hinted at. I think if people are pulled away from platforms with toxic astroturfing/burying they will naturally correct their thoughts. I haven't had much luck persuading people though, and I find doing code work on it rather boring.

I can tell you how to get information

I have been trying to find out what plans mega-corps like Google and IBM have for linux in the light of e.g. working on Fuchsia or acquiring Red Hat. I've started by reading their Annual Report/K-10s from the last year but they don't go in to too much detail. A lot of info is probably inferable by writing down the names involved and seeing the places they worked in the past on linkedin, press releases, etc.; I wish I had some kind of notetaking software/system to assist with that.

Open source solutions are stifled and sabotaged, but they are, ultimately, the solution.

Mostly, they've already done what they want by backdooring almost every distro.

What they are aiming for is total cloud computing.

This means that your devices will merely be portals to a virtual device. You can type on it and see it, but the screen you are looking at is being hosted on "the cloud."

The problem is that this is asinine. They will slowly bring everyone there to reach at the same time. Mainly, because if Windows sucks and forces you to cloud connect and not control any of your digital life, no one will use it. They have to make all of them suck at roughly the same time.

This is why open source, modular devices are a great pre-emptive strike.

However, expect to see everything go to cloud services where you need to pay a monthly fee to do normal stuff that you can currently do for free.
