Indeed, the only fights I've ever lost were to the "foot". I'm not a fighter. I just refuse to walk away and stay calm. Always worked out for me except some trained dude and his foot! Thank God for mercy. Somebody usually explains what happened a couple hrs later. I should probably just calm the fuck down before somebody kills me. I'm getting too old for this shit.

Also proximity... Arms are usually closer to the head than feet when it comes to stand up... That's a third "plus" for fists.

Now, if it has to get to the bottom in terms of percussion, pounds for pounds... In a typical case of lead leg VS lead fist... Lead fist wins (given that you're an expert with lead fist)

I used to be good with a front kick. I'm in my 50's now. High-school kids are mma fighters now. Fuck! Avoid confrontation or drop em n walk. I don't fight anymore. I avoid or finish.
