Yes I only get 1 day off a week and I make a point to give at least 5 minutes of that day to it. Its not much but its better than giving up.

You can also practice without making any significant noise, by just practicing with your left hand. You can practice chording and scales, for example.

I keep thinking I should have gone accoustic(I don't like the sound as much) but it would have been easier to cart it to work with me and use it there.

My memory is not the best, but I suspect I could say that I told you so.
But, you can just practice with no amp or just your left hand. For the early part of learning, the fretting hand needs the most attention.
